Visited digicel for the first time in march 2011, purchased a sim card for my international phone. transaction took minutes and I was on my way with a local number. very reasonable rates. ability to top up on the internet.

Avis Car Rental

Long wait, old vehicles

I have always rented from Avis, but lately the wait at the airport desk has become unreasonable. One person only behind the desk. No attempt to speed up the checkout. to give you an idea, we now get into our car about 1 hr after leaving the arrival hall. Twice the car i rented (kia Carens) had to be returned due to mechanical fault.
