Wen Long does not take responsibility and is very non chalant with his service
Wen Long brought a new product from china on the market but he does not take responsiblity to the extend that he ignores claims and demands payment for repairs to defects of his product.
I am very unhappy with his service and his product. I have been calling and leaving messages and he does not return calls and is not willing to even go and see the reason for the claim. His product is inferior and he is very nonchalant about it. My quest is to have him repair the defective chinese lock on the doors he sold me.
