Great customer service!

While visiting Aruba in June 2009 I purchased a diamond ring from Gemani Jewelers, L.G. Smith Blvd. After 2 months of wearing the ring a stone fell out. I sent an e-mail to the store wondering if I would receive a response but decided to give it a try. Not only did I receive a response with the hour, I was told where to send the ring for repair. My only expense was the cost of shipping the ring for repair. I mailed the ring on a Monday and had the ring on my finger again by that Friday. There are not many businesses out there with this kind of customer service. If anyone is planning on visiting Aruba and thinking of buying jewelery, Gemani is the only place to shop.
