How not to provide service.

I contracted Willy's Pool to install a spa in a new home in Feb. 07. Payments were made in accordance to contract with a final payment being made in Feb 08. They have been out to the house severals times fixing problems only to have them occur over and over again, blaming other people for their mistakes plus he has damaged the outside of our home and has not taken any responsibility for it. As of July 09, I still do not have a working spa. They do not return phone calls and when approached in person, promised action but never delivered. I would not recommend Willy's Pool to anyone on the lovely island of Aruba.
